These Terms of Purchase ("Terms of Purchase") govern your purchase of products and services available on http://www.quiokdeals.shop (the "Company Sites" or the "Sites"). The Company Sites are operated by MinimStyle (the "Company"). Your use of the Company Sites and these Terms are also governed by the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice, which are incorporated herein by reference.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE, TOGETHER WITH THE TERMS OF USE, PRIVACY NOTICE AND ANY OTHER POLICIES OR AGREEMENTS REFERRED TO IN THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE, CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING OR USING ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY'S SITES. BY PURCHASING OR USING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES THROUGH THE COMPANY'S SITES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF PURCHASE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER DESCRIBED IN THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SECTION BELOW.

GENERAL

These conditions of purchase have been signed and delivered by you and constitute a valid and binding agreement between you and the company, enforceable against you in accordance with their provisions. You represent that you are (1) at least 18 years of age, (2) of age to enter into a binding contract, and (3) not a person prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws, rules or regulations.

You must purchase and use the products and services available on the Company's sites in strict compliance with these Terms of Purchase and all applicable laws, rules and regulations (collectively, the "Laws"). You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to your purchase, including all laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the products are shipped. All calls, e-mails and other communications between you and the Company may be recorded.

Your continued use of the Sites following any changes to the Privacy Notice constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

PURCHASING

Order processing

The Company may, at its sole discretion, choose not to process or cancel your order in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product or service you wish to purchase is out of stock or has been mispriced, when we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances that the Company deems appropriate in its sole discretion. The Company also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity in order to process your order. The Company will not charge you or refund you for orders that it does not process or that it cancels. Without limiting the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to: (i) revoke any stated offer; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotional offers, product descriptions or specifications, or other information without obligation to publish notice of such changes (including after an order has been submitted, acknowledged, shipped or received, except where prohibited by law).

Description of products and services


The company endeavors to provide accurate descriptions of products and services on the company's websites. However, the company does not guarantee that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date or error-free. If a product or service offered on the company's sites does not conform to the description, your only recourse is to return the item, as indicated in these terms of purchase.

The company's sites may offer a quick view function for various products. This feature allows you to view product pricing information and add the product to your shopping cart without opening the product page. The quick view and add-to-cart functions are provided for your convenience only. The product page is where you'll find more detailed information about a product, its source, features and price.

Price information


The company makes every effort to provide accurate information on the prices of products and services available on the company's sites. However, we cannot guarantee pricing errors. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to process or to cancel any order placed for a product or service whose price has been incorrectly displayed on the site as a result of an error. In this case, the Company will inform you by e-mail. Furthermore, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the total sales price indicated.

Availability of products and services


The company's websites may contain information concerning the availability of goods. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood of an item being shipped immediately after you place your order. The estimated delivery date of an item to the destination address is approximately 30 days or less after your payment. It is subject to change due to shortage of an item, bad weather, transit time of your carrier, destination address, etc. Unfortunately, the company cannot guarantee that an item indicated as being "in stock" will actually be shipped immediately, as stocks can vary considerably from one day to the next. In rare cases, a product or service offering may be in stock at the time the customer places the order, but be sold out by the time the company attempts to process the order. In this case, the company will inform you by e-mail. Out-of-stock service offers are generally no longer available. If the Company determines that a product or service you wish to purchase is no longer available, the item will be cancelled from your order. The Company will notify you by e-mail and remove the item from the Company's websites.

Specific disclaimers and additional obligations


In addition to the general disclaimers contained in the Terms of Use for products and services purchased from the Site, products and services purchased from the Site: (a) may not include a manufacturer's warranty, even if a certain product or service is available elsewhere with such a warranty; (b) may not include service or support options; (c) may not have manuals, instructions or safety warnings in your native language or in the language of certain destination countries; (d) may not be designed in accordance with the standards, specifications and labeling requirements of your jurisdiction; and (e) may not comply with the voltage and other electrical standards of your jurisdiction (which may require the use of an adapter or converter). It is your responsibility, and you hereby agree, to research the product to ensure that it meets your needs and can be legally imported into your jurisdiction.

Taxes

You are responsible for all taxes, duties and fees levied by the jurisdiction to which the products are shipped, including, but not limited to, sales or use taxes, value-added taxes or tariffs.
